Services

Pulse Exterior provides exterior replacement and repair services in Chicago and surrounding suburbs, including:

• Siding replacement and repair
• Gutter installation, replacement, and repair
• Soffit and fascia replacement and repair
• Window replacement
• Door replacement
• Deck replacement
• Heat Tape Pro installation
• Ice dam removal

Note: We do not offer roofing services. For roofing needs, we recommend Anchor Point Roofing.

Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates are provided free of charge with no obligation.
• Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
• Final pricing is based on the scope of work agreed upon in writing.
• Additional work discovered during the project may result in change orders.
• We provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees.

Warranty

5-Year Workmanship Warranty

Pulse Exterior provides a 5-Year Workmanship Warranty on all replacement projects. This warranty covers:

• Installation-related defects
• Workmanship issues arising from our installation

This warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of nature, improper maintenance, or modifications made by others.

Manufacturer Warranties

Products installed are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by product. We will provide documentation of applicable manufacturer warranties upon project completion.

Payment Terms

• Payment terms are specified in your project contract.
• We accept various payment methods including check, credit card, and financing through Wisetack.
• Financing is subject to credit approval through Wisetack.
• A deposit may be required to secure materials and scheduling.

Scheduling and Access

• Project schedules are subject to weather conditions and material availability.
• You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for the completion of work.
• We will communicate any schedule changes as soon as possible.
• Work is typically performed Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and project needs
• Ensure clear access to work areas
• Remove or protect personal items near work areas
• Notify us of any known hazards or special conditions
• Obtain any necessary permits (we can assist with this process)

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse Exterior shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Pulse Exterior and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
